Once order processing or fulfillment has begun, we may be unable to accommodate a cancellation or modification request.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, any applicable refund will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Purchases, cancellations, returns, and refunds are also governed by our Terms of Purchase, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

The applicable price is generally the price displayed when you submit your order, subject to disclosed promotional terms and correction of material errors where permitted by law.

For eligible U.S. orders, our standard shipping charge is US$2.99 per order. Free standard shipping applies when the discounted merchandise subtotal is greater than US$29.97. An order with a discounted merchandise subtotal of exactly US$29.97 does not qualify for free standard shipping.

Applicable taxes and other charges will be displayed at checkout where required.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and to update it where necessary to complete a transaction.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Bopmint primarily serves customers in the United States. International shipping options may also be available at checkout, depending on the destination, available shipping services, and applicable restrictions.

Our standard U.S. shipping arrangements are:

Order processing: 1–2 business days
Estimated shipping transit: 7–15 business days after dispatch
Standard shipping charge: US$2.99 per order
Free standard shipping: Available when the discounted merchandise subtotal is greater than US$29.97

The free shipping threshold is calculated using the merchandise subtotal after applicable product discounts and before shipping charges, taxes, and other separately charged amounts. A discounted merchandise subtotal of US$29.98 or more qualifies for free standard shipping under this standard threshold.

For international orders, shipping availability, charges, and estimated delivery information depend on the destination and the options offered at checkout. U.S. shipping rates and free shipping thresholds do not automatically apply to international orders unless expressly stated at checkout.

Processing time and shipping transit time are separate periods. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, severe weather, transportation disruptions, customs procedures, peak shipping periods, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information about tracking, address corrections, delayed shipments, undeliverable packages, and delivery concerns.

Nothing in this section limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Shopify provides platform technology but is not the seller of Bopmint products solely because it hosts our store.
